Guided Meditation:

A gentle voice will lead you through a journey of breath, presence, and awareness. You’ll be invited to let go, slow down, and simply be. Whether it’s your first time or your hundredth, you’ll feel supported and at home.

 

Shamanic Dance:

Movement becomes medicine. Through rhythm and instinct, you’ll enter a state of liberation where the body leads and the mind lets go. Bring your worries, your questions, your stuck energy — and dance them into the earth. Eyes closed, heart open, allow your body to speak what words cannot. This is where healing begins.
